THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2544 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioners challenge the order dated 31.01.2019 wherein the LRS granted in favour of the petitioners in terms of the A.P. Regulation of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2007 (for short, 'the Rules'). The petitioner has raised various grounds including the ground that the layout in which the petitioner came to have purchased the property and the layout which was relied on by the Corporation at the instance of Jaya Nagar Colony Welfare Association is totally different. Inasmuch as there is an effective alternative remedy of appeal provided under the statutory Rules, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal under the Rules.
