THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.2556 of 2020 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the 4th respondent-Station House Officer, Falaknuma Police Station in installing the C.C. Cameras inside and outside of the petitioner's house premises bearing No.19-4-281/F/16/A/5 admeasuring square yards situated at Sanjay Gandhinagar, Nawab Saheb Kunta, Falaknuma area, Hyderabad and trying to prevent the petitioner from entering into his house, as being illegal, void, ultra vires and unconstitutional.

Heard Sri Abdul Muqeeth Qureshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 07.02.2020, while denying the allegation made by the petitioner with regard to the 4th respondent installing C.C. camera outside the house premises and threatening and preventing the petitioner from entering into his house, would submit that basing on the complaint of one Ameena, a case was registered against the sons of the petitioner in Crime No.60 of 2020 of Falaknuma Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code on 05.02.2020. By the said written

instructions, it is further submitted that the 4th respondent never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time nor interfered in the peaceful possession of his house, except investigating into the case registered against the sons of the petitioner.

Recording the above said submission made on behalf of the respondent authorities, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
