The petitioners/A-1 to A-3 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. 2.

I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed by them to permit the 2nd petitioner to represent the 1st petitioner among the three petitioners/A-1 to A-3. I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2019 are filed by them to compound the offences against A-1 to A-3 in Crime No.286 of 2018 of Saroor Nagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 406 & 420 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 & 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed permitting the 2nd petitioner to represent the 1st petitioner and I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.286 of 2018 of Saroor Nagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, are hereby quashed, A-1 to A-3 are acquitted and the bail bonds of A-1 to A-3, if any, stand cancelled. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
