Mr. M. Venkata Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the case papers were taken away from him by the petitioners and he has also furnished them a 'No Objection' vakalath. However, he still continues to be the counsel on record as the said 'No Objection' vakalath has not been acted upon. He states that he tried to contact the petitioners but was unable to do so. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
