HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.16396 of 2014 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.565 of 2014 on the file of Chilkalguda Police Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 16.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilkalguda Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, vide C.C.No.653 of 2018.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
