O R D E R

The Assistant Executive Engineer, I.B.Section Raipole, vide Lr.No.AEE/Doubltabad/Comp-01 dated 27.08.2019 sought the 3rd respondent - Mandal Revenue Officer, Raiple Mandal, Siddipet District, to take steps against the construction of temple and filling of morrum (earthen soil) on the existing feeder channel of Pedda Cheruvu, Anajipur (V), Raipole (M). As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law in pursuance of the communicate of Assistant Executive Engineer, I.B.Section Raipole, dated 27.08.2019.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
