THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.255O OF 2O2O ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare action of respondent No.3 in not registering the complaint dated 19.12.2019 against respondent Nos.4 to 6 as illegal and consequently to issue a direction to 3rd respondent to register the said complaint. Heard Sri S.Ram Mohan, learned Asst. Govt. Pleader for Home and perused the record. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned Asst. Govt. Pleader, referring to the counter affidavit filed by 3.d respondent would submit that the Police on receipt of the complaint dated 19.12.2019 made entry in General Diary and after enquiry, closed it on 06.02.2020 treating it as civil in nature and the same is also intimated to the petitioner through Registered Post.
Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
