THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5154 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to dispense with the presence of the petitioner/accused in Crl.A.No.34 of 2016 on the file of the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, which is filed by the complainant against the order, dated 09.03.2015 in C.C.No.328 of 2008 by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, acquitting all the accused.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Admittedly the case is arising out of matrimonial disputes and also as the question of identification of the petitioners does not arise, the presence of the petitioners herein is dispensed with except on the dates when the Court below insists for their appearance. The petitioners shall be represented through their counsel before the Court below on all hearing dates.
