O R D E R

The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the present appeal is filed by Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation and the respondents are the claimants. The claimants have filed another appeal in MACMA.No.199/2006 seeking enhancement. The appeal filed by the claimants is settled before the Lok Adalat under award dated 22.11.2013 and as per the terms of settlement, the Corporation is intending to withdraw the present appeal. Therefore, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw the appeal.

The learned counsel for the appellants has produced a copy of the award dated 22.11.2013 in MACMA.No.199/2006 settled before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad.

In view of the above, permission is accorded and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
