HONOURABLE DR.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.R.C.No.126 of 2019 JUDGMENT:

Heard the application for return of documents filed by the complainant under Section 219 Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.3966 of 2018 under impugnment herein dismissed by the learned IV Special Magistrate at Kukatpally mainly saying that in the quash petition No.9086 of 2016 filed by the accused respondent to present revision herein they obtained stay from High Court of all proceedings before the trial Court. But for that there is no other reason stay of proceedings is different to proceed with trial of the matter to return of documents or not. Any how, there is nothing to find fault with the lower Court but for disposed of the revision from the no objection stated by the accused persons represented advocate persons for respondents herein for return of documents to substitute the Xerox copies.

The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous applications if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
