Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the impugned Order viz., T.G.O.O No. 92/CGM (A,IS & ERP)/2015 dated 10.06.2015 issued by the Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited - 2nd respondent herein in so far as it relates to the petitioner is illegal and arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently declare that the petitioner entitled to be allocated to TS GENCO . The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M. SRIKANTH, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Govt.
Pleader for Energy(TG) on behalf of respondent No.1, and the Court made the following ORDER :- "Heard Sri M.Srikanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Energy for the State of Telangana appearing for the 1st respondent. It is stated that this Court in similar circumstances granted interim suspension of the impugned orders in W.P.No.16504 of 2015 and batch, dated 12-6-2015.
In view of the above, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned order, dated 10-6-2015. The Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited shall not give effect to the impugned orders.
