HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6499 & 6500 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6331 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.89 of 2017 of Narayanpur Police Station, Rachakonda, Yadadri Bhongir District, registered for the offences under Sections 504 & 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC & ST (POA) amended Act 2015, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
