This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2 under Sections 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.14/RCT-MDK/2015 on the file of Deputy Superintendent of Police, ACB, Medak District, Sanga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 7 and 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of P.C. Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that A1 demanded money informing that A2 is asking money to complete the work in favour of the de facto complainant. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was not present and he was on leave on the alleged date of occurrence.
