This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.85 of 2017 of Narayankhed Police Station, Sangareddy. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 30.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as 'civil in nature' and filed final report before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Narayankhed on 31.03.2018. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
