CONTEMPT CASE No.730 of 2014 ORDER :

This Court by order dated 10.04.2014 directed the 4th respondent in the writ petition, to permit the petitioner to undertake flying operation at Nadirgul Airfields, subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.20,000/-. Subsequently, the said order was extended on depositing Rs.40,000/-. It appears that the said interim order was valid till June, 2014 and was not extended further.

2. Alleging that the petitioner is not allowed to undertake flying operation, inspite of the directions issued by the Court, this Contempt Case is filed.

3. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent at Para No.4, it is averred that the petitioner was never stopped from undertaking flying operations and therefore the order of this Court is not violated.

4. No material is on record to show that till June, 2014, the petitioner was prevented from undertaking flying operation and the allegation of the petitioner is categorically denied by the respondent. Thus, I see no merit in this case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand dismissed.
