THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRPMP No.2341 of 2015 AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1828 of 2003 COMMON ORDER:
CRPMP No.2341 of 2015 is filed to set aside the default order dated 18.2.2015 in CRP No.1828 of 2003. The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the petition may be allowed. The submission is accepted. Accordingly, the CRPMP is allowed, setting aside the default order dated 18.2.2015 and the CRP is restored to file.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the petitioner-tenant purchased the petition schedule property from the landlord. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
3. Hence, the CRP is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
