This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.214 of 2019 on the file of VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally, Medchal District.

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.5, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State and Sri Muddana Koteswara Raro, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant that at crime stage i.e. in Crime No.353 of 2013, these petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 moved an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in the said crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 352, 506 and 509 read with 34 IPC. This Court, after hearing both sides, dismissed the said petition stating that there are no grounds to quash the proceedings. Basing on the very allegations in the First Information Report and also the evidence collected in the course of investigation, this subject charge sheet is filed. 4.
There are allegations against these petitioners/ A.1 to A.5 constituting the offences punishable under Sections 448, 352, 506
and 509 read with 34 IPC. Therefore, it is not a fit case to allow the application as prayed for.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
