HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1285 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience on the part of the respondents in not complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19346 of 2016 dated 20.06.2016. Both the learned counsel submits that the order, against which this contempt case is filed, has been complied with and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
