THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2158 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that explaining all the aspects and for redressal of grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners submitted a representation on 22.01.2018 to the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada, East Godavari District, respondent No.2 herein, but no action has been taken on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct respondent No.2 herein to verify the said representation and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education (A.P.) that if any such representation is pending before respondent No.2, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 22.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
