HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITON No.1941 of 2010 ORDER :

The present petition was filed questioning the order dated 09.03.2010 in I.A.No.355 of 2009 in O.S.No.242 of 2005 on the file of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, whereunder, the petition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order 16 Rule 1 CPC to issue summons to the Tahsildar, Chittoor to cause production of the documents i.e. Assignment record in S.No.283/1B and 283/1C of Mapakshi village revenue accounts in DKT No.354/4/1392 and DKT No.355/4/1392, was allowed. The present petition was admitted by this Court on 16.07.2010 and granted interim suspension of impugned order. The Registry of this Court has seen from the computer list that suit O.S.No.242 of 2005 itself was disposed of on 31.12.2012.

In view of the facts recorded above, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
