Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondents by enclosing all necessary documents as pointed out of by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

With the liberty afore‐stated, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As and when such application is made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
