The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying R.86,76,687/- along with revised contractor margin of Rs.13.615% SSR 2015-2016 and interest thereon @ 24%, since the date of handing over of the completed project work till the realization of bills towards works executed by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

As seen from the docket proceedings, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 07.06.2018, 14.06.2018, 21.06.2018, 05.07.2018 and also on 25.10.2018. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the issue involved here is covered by the order passed in W.P.No.18339 of 2015, wherein this Court while holding that the writ petition is not maintainable, dismissed the same leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him. 4.
Having regard to the ratio laid down in the judgment passed in the writ petition referred to above and since the case on hand is identical to the said writ petition and taking into consideration the contentions in the present writ affidavit, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law.
