ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the wrong questions and/or options Translation missing questions, Out of Syllabus Question in Junior Panchayat Question Paper 1 and 2 framed by 2nd Respondent for the Recruitment of Notification vide Notification No. 2560/CPR&RE/B2/2017, dated 31-08-2018 and not taking objections into consideration for the same as unjust, illegal and violation of fundamental rights of the petitioners guaranteed under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to delete those wrong questions and/or of wrong options, translation missing questions and Out of Syllabus question and hence, direct the 2nd respondent to prepare a new revised list by adding marks in prorata basis for deleted questions and pass such orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by common order dated 13.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.47251 of 2018 and batch.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.

Following the common order dated 13.2.2019 in W.P.No.47251 of 2018 and batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to constitute a Committee consisting of Academic Experts to look into the above said aspects and submit report at an early date. It is needless to say that the Members of earlier Committee shall not form part of the Committee now to be constituted by the respondents. The decision taken by the Committee on the above said aspects shall be final and binding on all the parties. The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of two (2) weeks from today. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
