Petition filed under Sections 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition of attendance of the petitioner thrice in a week i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday before the respondent to once in a month to enable him to attend his private job, pending disposal of the Crl.P No. 728 of 2018 on the file of the High Court CRL.P. NO. 728 0F 2018 Petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 R/w. 167(2) of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petltioner/A2 on bail in EClR.No. 07 of 2017 on the file of Directorate of Enforcement, Hyderabad Zonal Office, Hyderabad, pending investigation of the matter, imposing any condition.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds' filed in support thereof, and the order of the High Court dated 30-1-2018 made in Crl.P. No. 728 of 2018, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri R. Satyanarayana Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecuto(Ts) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- Heard.

The condition of appearance of the petitioner before the police station concerned 'thrice in a week' is modified to 'once in a month, till end of trial' Rest of the condition hold good.

Accordingly, petition is ordered.
