No. 10305 of 2019 Dt: 14-11-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) According to the proceeding sheet dated 25-07-2019, 08-08-2019, 05-09-2019, 12-09-2019, 26-09-2019, and 31-10-2019, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. By order dated 12-09-2019, this Court had made it amply clear that in case Mr. M. Hanumantha Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not appear on the next date, this case shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to appear before this Court.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
