The petitioner/A-1 and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant, along with their respective counsel, are present. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in Cr.No.534 of 2018, on the file of WPS, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/A-1 in Cr.No.534 of 2018, on the file of WPS, DD, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed.
