THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7037 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.233 of 2011 of Mahabubnagar (Rural) Police Station, Mahabubnagar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was compromised before Lok Adalat on 27.07.2016, and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition and the Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
