THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 18230 OF 2005 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.36491 of 2015, which was disposed of by this court by order dated 0.02.2016.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation.

Following the order in W.P.No.36491 of 2015, this writ petition is also disposed of directing that a designated officer of the respondents is directed to initiated proceedings before the competent Special Court against the petitioner for determination of civil liability under Section 154 of the Act within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and only if petitioner complies with the amount determined by the Special Court under Section 154(5), the petitioner shall be provided re‐connection of electricity supply to his service connections.

Office to append a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.36491 of 2015 dated 04.02.2016.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
