Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Petitioner has made a representation dt.1702-2016 to 3rd respondent to initiate statutory legal action against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 alleging that fraud has been committed by respondent Nos.4 to 7, that they have also fabricated documents and forged certain signatures. 3.
Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.17-02-2016 against respondent Nos.4 to 7 and pass orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders on petitioner's representation dt.17-02-2016 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to both the parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
