HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.899 of 2020 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation in the subject crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Zaheerabad, on 28.9.2019 and the C.C. number is awaited. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
