l , This Criminal Petition is Iiled under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C."), by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.569 of 2079 of Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 42O, 34 1, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 10, 13 ofTS Money Lending Act and Section 56(1) olA.P.Chit Fund Act, against him. 2.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner/accused.

On written instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during pendency of this criminal petition, the Police concerned have completed the investigation and Iiled charge sheet and the same is numbered as C.C.No.286O of 2022 by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives.
