This revision case is filed by the petitioners under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 10.08.2016 in Crl.MP.No.1140 of 2016 in MC.No.126 of 2016 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cum-Additional Family Court-Cum-IX Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioners under law. 3.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
