This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4445 of 2019, dated 31.10.2018 in Cr.No.541 of 2018 on the file of the XV ADJ-cum-MS]-cum-II Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, registered for the offence punishable under Section 507 of Indian Penal Code 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.
3. As seen from the proceeding sheet, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 03.11,.2023, as such the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation
