Learned Government Pleader for Education, at the outset, submits that construction of western toilets is complete and in view thereof, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition. Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners could not and did not dispute the statement made on behalf of the respondents.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
