Though the matter was listed on 28.07.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted after one week 'for dismissal'. Even when the matter is posted on 10.08.2015 'for dismissal' there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today also, when the matter is posted 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
