HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.23881 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider his claim for grant of compensation in respect of an extent of Ac.1.62 cts. in R.S.No.73/1 situated at Devipatnam Village and Mandal, East Godavari District.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on advance notice, submits that, compensation was not paid to anybody in respect of the subject land.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition is premature and it is, accordingly, dismissed. I hereby make it clear that, if any cause of action arose, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum.
