ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...Issue an appropriate writ or direction, particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the impugned Proc.No.P2/693(1)/2015-KG,
dated 18.02.2015 in retiring the petitioner from service prematurely that too with retrospectively from 28.01.2015 without providing alternative suitable employment as illegal, unjust, and in violation of Art. 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India and Section 47 of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and consequently, the petitioner pray this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to provide him with suitable alternative employment either in the post of office attender, record tracer, mike announcer in the bus stand or shramik along with pay protection with salary from the date of declaring him unfit in the interest of justice and fair play."
Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 29.10.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that as the respondents have proposed to consider providing employment to the petitioner subject to his withdrawing the writ petition, the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, the learned counsel reiterated the said request. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.9025 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
