227 6 of 2018, that was pending on the file of Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally, and which was withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal according to law, as per orders dated 17-02-2023 passed in the above Tr.C.M.P.No. 38 of 2023, may be disposed of within a time bound period i.e. within a period of four to six months, or such other period as this Honourable court may deem it fit and proper and may also grant any such other relief as it deems fit and proper and the interest of justice and circumstances of the case.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of Transfer MP No. 38 of 2023 and 11.02.2023 withdrawing the FCOp No. 2276 of 2018 from the file of Additional Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpa y and transferred to the court of Principal family court, civil court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there may be a directron to the court below to dispose of the FCop by fixing time frame as the FCOP is pending for more than five years.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of the petitioner, the I.A. is allowed, directing the learned Judge, principal family Court, City civil court, Hyderabad to dispose of the Fcop oo.2276 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy this order.
