HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.2424 of 2018 Order:

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent cancelling the assignment patta No.1098/4/86 in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.2-30 cents, situated in Survey No.165/1 of Nalagampalli village, Gudupalli Mandal, Madanapalle Division, Chittoor District.

Against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal and the same is pending before the second respondent. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, preferred by the petitioner against the order of the third respondent in respect of the above land, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, if the petitioner is in possession of the land, the same shall not be interfered with by the third respondent.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
