THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CMA.No.103 of 2020 JUDGMENT :

Though this appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the orders dt.12.12.2019 and dt.08.08.2019 in I.A.No.317 of 2018 in OS.No.133 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Bhongir, counsel for the appellant states that the appellant had filed a counter in I.A.No.317 of 2018 more than a year back, but the said IA has not been disposed of by the said Court till date.

In this view of the matter, the V Additional District Judge, Bhongir, is directed to decide the I.A.No.317 of 2018 in OS.No.133 of 2018 pending on his file within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both sides by advancing the said IA.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
