Petitioner is arrayed as A-4. This Court by order dated 03.02.2023 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed to surrender the Passport before the lower Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not intending to travel, however, seeks Passport for the purpose of obtaining Passport for his son.

Petitioner shall approach the lower Court and file an application seeking return of Passport, the same shall be considered and Passport shall be returned subject to conditions to re-deposit within reasonable time.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
