Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the shops of the petitioners bearing H.Nos.2-26, 4-33, 2-61 and 2-60, situated at Singur Village, Pulkal Mandal, Medak District without issuing any notice. 3.

The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that notices were issued to 24 encroachers including the petitioners on 21.05.2015 and the Tahsildar, Pulkal was given authorization to evict the encroachers. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to the petitioners to file explanation to the show cause notice.

4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the shops in their possession without following due process of law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
