Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner herein is not interested in carrying on any activities in the subject premises and he is only interested in taking away the articles from the subject premises and sought three months time.
It is submitted by Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent that if the petitioner herein vacates the subject premises without carrying on any activities in the subject premises, he is ready to accept the offer made by the petitioner herein.
Keeping the said submissions on record, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The official respondents shall facilitate the said process of removing the articles and furniture of the petitioner from the subject premises.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
