HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2578 of 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to release the vehicle bearing No.TS-08-UD-1245 seized by the 3rd respondent under vehicle check report No.195576, dated 05-02-2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after granting interim order on 07-02-2020, the subject vehicle was released subject to payment of tax and subsequently, the show-cause notice dated 13-02-2020 was issued to the petitioner. Learned counsel states that already the petitioner filed explanation to the same.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport.

Since the show-cause notice dated 13-02-2020 was already issued, it is open for the petitioner to file explanation to the same, if not already filed. On such explanation, the competent authority is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
