HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35002 of 2016 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition being heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not transferring the revision dated 15.06.2016 filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem in ROR Appeal No.5 of 2016 to the second respondent, as illegal and arbitrary; and consequently direct the second respondent to dispose of the revision. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though the revision was filed on 15.06.2016 till date no orders are passed and no steps were taken to transfer the same to the second respondent.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a direction may be issued for an early disposal of the revision.

all the concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
