HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No.2626 of 2020 Dt: 12.02.2020 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The Union of India has challenged the grant of interim order dated 04.05.2016, and the extension of the said order by subsequent orders, by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad, in O.A.No.454 of 2016. Mr. Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao, the learned counsel for the Union of India, informs this Court that despite the fact that the Union of India has submitted a vacate stay petition before the learned Tribunal, the same is not being heard by the learned Tribunal. Therefore, the Union of India is financially saddled for carrying out the interim order dated 04.05.2016. Hence, he seeks an appropriate order from this Court to the learned Tribunal.

Considering the fact that the vacate stay application is pending before the learned Tribunal, the learned Tribunal is duty bound to consider the same within a reasonable time. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Tribunal to consider the said vacate stay application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
