Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. Interim order dated 16.09.2008 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
