THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.s 301 and 334 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

These two Revisions arise out of the same suit, between the same parties, and so they are being disposed of by this common order.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that a direction be given to the Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.192 of 2016 pending on its file within a period of six months.

In view of the said submission, both these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of directing the Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet to decide O.S.No.192 of 2016 pending on his file within a period of 1 year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
