THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.754 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A5 to A7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Sanga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC.

In the course of submissions, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet is already filed in this case on 22.12.2017.

Under these circumstances, the petitioners-A5 to A7 are at liberty to challenge the filing of charge sheet, if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
