HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9802 OF 2009 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in seeking to recover the amount of Rs.1,39,943/- from the petitioner.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and the relief sought in the writ petition was not to recover the amount from the pension of the petitioner. Therefore, in view of the death of the petitioner, the relief sought is no longer required and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
